okay padding, very tight fit. Good for bumping into another person, not so good for a fall or hard surface you may hit.
Order a size larger. My arm measured right in the middle for the size range for Large and it felt like my circulation was getting cut off, couldn’t stand wearing it longer than the few minutes it took to test out. Hopefully it’ll stretch out a bit.
